At Mittiforms, we believe a construction quote should be easy to understand. Before you decide to start a project, we explain the main work, materials, estimated quantities, labour, and other costs that apply to your project. Our quotation is prepared to give you a clear picture of the expected project cost, so you can plan your budget with better confidence.
Your quotation will explain the work that is included in the proposed project. Depending on your requirements, this may cover:
The exact items will depend on your project and will be mentioned in the quotation. If something is not included, we will try to make that clear before you approve the work.
Construction plans can sometimes change. You may decide to add another room, change a material, increase the size of a particular area, or request additional work after receiving the quotation. When this happens, the original quotation may need to be changed. We will explain the additional work and its expected cost before carrying it out. This gives you the chance to review the change and approve it before the extra work starts. We do not want you to discover an extra charge only after the work is finished.
The condition of the site can have a direct effect on construction costs. For example, unexpected rock, poor soil, difficult access, underground water, old structures, drainage problems, or other site conditions may require additional work.
If such a condition is found after the quotation has been prepared, we will explain the issue and discuss the required work with you. Any additional cost should be agreed upon before the extra work is carried out, wherever reasonably possible.
A quotation is prepared based on the prices and project information available at the time it is issued. Material prices, transport costs, labour rates, taxes, and other project costs can change over time. For this reason, every quotation will have a stated validity period.
If you accept the quotation after this period, we may need to review the prices before confirming the project. This helps us keep the quotation fair for our clients.
A quotation becomes part of the project agreement only after the required approval and confirmation are completed. Once you approve the quotation, we will discuss the project schedule, payment stages, materials, work scope, and other important details before starting the construction work.
Payments will follow the schedule agreed upon in the project documents. If there is any change in the project cost, we will explain the reason before asking you to approve the change.
At Mittiforms, our goal is not to give you the lowest number on paper just to win a project. Our goal is to give you a quotation that is clear, practical, and connected to the actual work required.
We want you to understand what you are paying for before construction begins. If you have a question about any item in your quotation, our team will explain it in simple words.
